One Creechurch Place - Fire Sprinkler Contract

Thameside Fire Protection have been appointed to design and install the Sprinkler Fire Protection System to One Creechurch place which is located in the heart of The City of London

The new T-shaped development will provide 26,000sqm of category 'A' office space over 21 floors, served by 11 lifts.

Designed by architect Sheppard Robson, the building is designed to be a sustainable City headquarters, with its landscaped square and distinctive, towering architecture.

The Sprinkler Fire Protection System will include

• over 7500 sprinkler heads
  
• multi-stage electric fire pumps
  
• wet riser system together with 230m3 and 90m3 water storage tanks
  

Completion of the sprinkler project is expected early October 2016.
