PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Fire Sprinkler small works division
 
KEY ROLE


  • To project manage the installation of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with current LPC rules BSEN 12845 standards


  • Preferential although not essential to have attained LPC certificates such as basic, Intermediate or FHC.
  • Overall responsibility for technical and financial aspects of a contract, including contract variations, pre-commissioning, final inspection and completion certificates;
  • Carrying out site inspections, tool box talks, ordering materials etc
  • Attending site and contract meetings where necessary;
  • Monitoring all aspects of project progress to ensure that they comply with all quality aspects and Health & Safety requirements. Producing Method Statement and Risk Assessments complete with O&M Manuals
  • Monitoring the performance of the site personnel
  • Carry out a financial assessment at the end of each month with team members to establish value of work in progress and costs to complete;
     

Basic Key Skills


  • Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in fire sprinkler installations, preferable Shell & Core project experience (Major Projects) 
    Ability to work on own initiative and ability to solve technical problems and value engineering solutions that have positive impacts on a project.
